The CILC started in 2010, with the creation and delivery of the Caribbean Leadership Bootcamp and the purchase of the ActionCOACH business coaching Franchise. The CILC has significant experience in the areas of business & executive coaching, training, strategic planning, change management, and team development facilitation. The team is comprised of certified business & executive coaches, a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer, and speaker. We have a good track record of facilitating Strategic Alignment, Change Management, Leadership development, team effectiveness, Employee Engagement, and business development programs.

Our Journey
Founded by M Ian Blanchard, after his global journey with a multinational communications company. CILC started with its Caribbean Leadership Bootcamp and the franchise owner of ActionCOACH for Barbados & the Eastern Caribbean, from 2010 to 2017. We then branched out with our coaching programs, then organizational and business development programs.
